Our USDA Prime London Broil Roast is cut from the Sirloin which is lean and has a beefier flavor. An exceptional value for weeknight dinners, we recommend marinating, then cooking hot and fast to medium-rare whether under the broiler or on the grill, but be sure not to overcook this lean cut.
