Picanha is a well-loved cut of beef in Brazilian cuisine that has gained popularity in the U.S. among BBQ enthusiasts. We hand-trim our Picanha with a thick 1” fat cap which contributes significantly to its flavor and juiciness during grilling. This cut is tender when prepared correctly, but with a slightly firmer bite compared to other steaks.

Also, known as the rump cap or culotte steak, Picanha comes from the top of the rump, sitting above the sirloin and just before the tail.

Cut our Picanha roasts into individual steaks to skewer and grill in the traditional Brazilian churrasco style.
