Move sealed fish from the freezer to the refrigerator overnight (8 to 12 hours). For faster thawing, keep it sealed and submerge in cold water for 30 to 60 minutes. Never thaw at room temperature or in warm water.

"Flash frozen" means our fresh seafood is immediately frozen after harvesting at ultra-low temperatures to lock in peak freshness and flavor.
