Made from 100% USDA Prime chuck, this exceptional grind is richly marbled for a juicy, tender texture and deep, beefy flavor. Its buttery richness is reminiscent of Wagyu, while its generous marbling creates an incredible sear on a flat-top or cast-iron skillet without the flare-ups of fattier grinds. Perfect for burger lovers who demand exceptional flavor, elevated cookouts, and anyone who believes a great burger starts with USDA Prime.

"Ordered these for the first time and they are fantastic. The perfect blend of fat and the flavor was amazing. I will definitely order them again. Highly recommend. I ordered 4oz size, but ended up putting 2 together for 8oz and this was the way to go. I'd order 8oz next time is the only change I would make."
"This burger is meaty, juicy and so flavorful. It may take time to grill because it is a very generous half pound, but so worth the wait."
"I have now cooked the Prime Blend burgers in a cast iron skillet with and without beef tallow, and on both a gas & charcoal grill. All to medium rare. And enjoyed them all. Great taste and juicy. Compared to a fresh ground and hand patties burger, the mechanically pressed burger is chewier."
"They are the most flavorful and juicy burgers i have had!"
"The steaks, hamburgers, frankfurters and chicken are delicious and will continue to order more. The service is also outstanding. Lester"
"Terrific…. great flavor, and at 8oz raw they cooked up very nicely…. medium rare."
