These boneless-special cuts are expertly trimmed from the same prized export rib as our signature ribeyes but with irregular shapes that don’t quite make it to our traditional lineup. What they lack in perfect symmetry, they make up for in rich marbling and signature ribeye flavor. A steak that is a little quirky, but 100% delicious.
