"Will never purchase any other named ribs. These by far best i ever had. Cooked them low and slow for 2 hours 20 minutes in 275 degree oven, middle section, tightly sealed in aluminum foil with only salt and pepper. Made my own sauce, removed from foil and layered the ribs with the sauce , put under the broiler for 5 minutes a side, what a delight and pleasure to eat. Meat fell right of the bones and the flavor was outstanding. Thank you"
