Ingredients

1 rack ribs; about 1 ½ pounds

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

A top-down view of glazed barbecue ribs served on a metal tray with a side salad of shredded purple cabbage, carrots, and cucumber, with a small cup of sauce at the top.

Instructions

1. Cut the ribs to fit in the air fryer's basket. Rub the ribs with the oil, and season with salt and pepper.

2. Mix honey, mustard, ketchup, soy sauce, sweet and smoked paprika; set the glaze aside.

3. Place the pork ribs in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12 minutes. Flip and cook for a further 8 minutes. Brush with the glaze all over and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until ribs are cooked through, and the glaze is shiny and sticky.
