We ship via UPS, using insulated packaging and dry ice to keep everything cold and protected throughout transit. Each order is securely packed to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Foley Fish is a fourth-generation family-owned seafood company in New Bedford, Massachusetts. They have supplied top restaurants for over 100 years and source directly from fishermen using sustainable practices.

"Flash frozen" means our fresh seafood is immediately frozen after harvesting at ultra-low temperatures to lock in peak freshness and flavor.

High-quality frozen seafood is flash-frozen immediately after catch, which locks in freshness better than "fresh" fish that spends days in transit. Look for vacuum-sealed packaging with no ice crystals or freezer burn. Allen Brothers flash-freezes all seafood at peak freshness.

Move sealed fish from the freezer to the refrigerator overnight (8 to 12 hours). For faster thawing, keep it sealed and submerge in cold water for 30 to 60 minutes. Never thaw at room temperature or in warm water.
