All products are shipped frozen unless otherwise noted.

We ship via UPS, using insulated packaging and dry ice to keep everything cold and protected throughout transit. Each order is securely packed to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Heritage chickens are traditional breeds raised on pasture, where they forage and grow at a natural pace. Commercial chickens reach market weight in about 6 weeks; heritage birds take 12 or more. The slower growth produces firmer, more flavorful meat with a richer color.

Duroc is a heritage breed with 2 to 3 times more intramuscular marbling than standard commercial breeds like Yorkshire. This means juicier, more tender, more flavorful pork with a deeper reddish-pink color. It is the difference between a premium steak and generic grocery store meat.

The beef in this Allen Brothers collection is sourced from American family ranches and comes from cattle born and raised in the United States. Every product in the collection is graded USDA Prime or USDA Choice.
