"I sous vide this strip steak for us for Valentine’s Day and it was so tender like butter. I cooked to med rare and seared in cast iron pan to finish and served with baked potatoes and it blew us away. Usually strip steaks can be abit sinewy but none of that with these steaks. Also due to the Holstein breed the flavor was a nice rich beefy taste. I think this is my new favorite steak"
