"Hi. Purchased canoe cut marrow bones, product arrived frozen solid and nicely packaged. Roasted at high heat and were delicious, made beef cheek marmalade to go with them on crusty bread. Left a few in the oven too long and lost some marrow, but that’s on me. Next time I will watch more closely and pull them out a little sooner. Great product"

"Well there has been a lot of clamor about consuming bone marrow. I recall using soup bones as a child and the marrow became part of the soup for the most part. I never consumed them on their own per se until now. I definitely was underwhelmed and will not attempt this gustatory experiment again. I prefer your tenderloin, especially the bone-in variety. It is truly hard to beat."
