We ship via UPS, using insulated packaging and dry ice to keep everything cold and protected throughout transit. Each order is securely packed to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Each cow has only one tenderloin, and filet mignon comes from the most prized center section of that muscle. The small supply per animal combined with its unmatched tenderness makes it one of the most sought-after and expensive cuts in the world.

Ribeye is cut from the rib section and has heavy marbling, producing a rich, buttery, intensely beefy flavor. Filet mignon comes from the tenderloin and is leaner but more tender. Choose ribeye if you prioritize flavor; choose filet if you prioritize tenderness.

Porterhouse steaks are among the largest single steaks you can buy, often weighing 24 ounces or more. They easily serve two people and are a popular choice for sharing at steakhouses and special occasions.

Both are premium steaks, but they come from different sections. Ribeye has more marbling and a richer, butterier flavor. New York strip is slightly leaner with a firmer bite and bolder, beefier taste. Ribeye is more forgiving to cook; strip rewards precision.
