"My guests, mostly including 30 something foodies, were extremely impressed with the leg of lamb. I remember reading a guy's review that he was disappointed that his LOL was just over 6 pounds. I was a bit worried because I was feeding 8 adults and 7 grandkids. My LOL was just under 9 pounds. Hallelujah! Maybe youcould let the customer tell you the size they need, as opposed to indicating it will between 6 and 9 pounds."

"Purchased this for our family of two. It was large so we cut in to thirds and froze two of the sections. To date we have prepared and cooked two of the lamb roasts. Both turned out excellent. ."

"The roast was delicious and tender, but I discovered it took a long time to cook to obtain medium-well. The leaner side was perfect and the thicker side wasn’t cooked enough during my cooking time. Therefore, I ended up slicing the roast and putting individual pieces back in the oven to cook it to my desired temperature."
