We ship Monday thru Wednesday with options to deliver Wednesday thru Friday.

Orders placed BEFORE Wednesday Noon CT can arrive the same week.

Miss the order cutoff? You can still get your order the same week with additional Delivery charge(s).

Shipping Fees

SHIPPING is $29.95 for deliveries in the continental US.

OVERNIGHT DELIVERY is additional $25.

SATURDAY DELIVERY (where available) is an additional $25 + additional $65 if requesting Next Day Air Sat delivery.

ALASKA, HAWAII, & PUERTO RICO require overnight delivery.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Giving A Gift?

Be sure to confirm your gift recipients’ address and that they will be present to accept your gift on the delivery day requested. Spoilage/damage/missing deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our Satisfaction Guarantee.

How will my order be packed?

Our meats and other products are individually shrink-wrapped and flash frozen to maintain freshness. Products are packed in an attractive gift box with an insulated liner, then placed in a heavy-duty corrugated box with enough dry ice to ensure safe delivery.

What happens once your order ships?

You will receive email notifications as your order moves from our door to yours. You can track your order via our shipping carrier, UPS.

While we make every attempt to meet your requested delivery date, holidays severe weather and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control can force exceptions to the shipping and delivery schedule.

Important Delivery Notes for December:

· We encourage you to order and schedule holiday gift deliveries as early in December as possible.

· Due to heavy shipping volume during the Holiday Season, your order may arrive one or two days earlier than requested.

· Requests for modifications to orders delivered during December such as change of address or item or the addition of a gift message, may result in delay of your requested delivery date or may not be able to be accommodated.

· Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances out of our control can cause shipments to arrive later than expected.

·If we reach our delivery reservation limit for specific days leading up to Christmas, we will provide you with alternate delivery dates.
