Better Than The Best Ever!!

"We served the roast as a Thanksgiving treat. It was beautiful, it looked just as your photograph shows. Our guests were delighted and commented on the quality all evening long. We roasted it on the outdoor BBQ at 325F until the internal temperature reached 130F. From there we based it with sauce evert 5 minutes until its internal temperature reached 145F before being served. It was a masterpiece. Thank you."
