Description

Two chops are better than one and ours are a cut above! These supremely tender, double-thick lamb rib chops offer a generous 2-rib thickness. Marinate in olive oil, rosemary and garlic, or use your own recipe, then cook on the grill or pan-sear and finish in the oven. Since double rib chops are thicker than a single chop they can be a bit more forgiving with cooking time if you like your lamb rare or medium rare.
