Preparation

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

Thaw completely in the refrigerator.

Pat salmon dry with a paper towel.

Season with kosher salt, freshly cracked black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Preheat your grill, oven, or skillet.

Pan Sear

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add a small amount of oil and place salmon skin-side down (if applicable).
  3. Cook for 4–5 minutes until the exterior is golden.
  4. Flip and cook for another 2–4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.

Oven Roast

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place salmon on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 10–15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
