Serving Size: 2 OZ.

Instructions

  • Heat a pan on the stovetop over medium high heat.
  • Season Foie Gras with salt & pepper.
  • Add Foie Gras to heated pan. You should hear a sizzle if the pan is the correct temperature.
  • Cook approximately 2 minutes per side, or until surface has a nice caramelized crust, but the interior is just warmed through to the center.
  • Top with Fleur De Sel (not included), and serve.
