Jumbo White Shrimp & Giant Black Tiger Shrimp

Serving Size: Appetizer: 2 to 4 shrimp per person; Entrée: 4 to 8

Instructions

  1. Rinse shrimp and pat dry.
  2. In a large skillet, sauté shrimp on medium-high with olive oil, red pepper flakes, lemon, garlic and ginger root until shrimp curls and turns opaque.
  3. Serve immediately.

2 POUNDS SHRIMP; SERVES 4-6
