Instructions

SAUTE

  1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil on medium-high until almost smoking.
  2. Saute chops 1 - 2 minutes per side.

GRILL

  1. Lightly brush chops with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill on medium-high for 1-2 minutes per side.
