Our USDA Prime and Upper 2/3 USDA Choice beef comes from select small Midwest family farms, typically within 250 miles of the plants, reducing stress and ensuring superior quality.

These long-standing partnerships let us deliver the highest-quality beef. Our sourcing passion also extends to pork, lamb, poultry, and seafood - ensuring the best producers and partners.
