Our Key West Crab Cakes are made using fresh sustainably harvested crab lump and claw meat sourced from waters around Key West. We then add vegetables and special seasonings to bring you the flavor of the Keys. Elegant and so simple as an appetizer or a main course.
Follow these simple preparation directions:
Oven or Air Fryer: Pre-heat oven or air fryer to 400 -Remove crab cakes and allow to thaw and form into round patty -Place on lightly greased baking sheet or in air fryer -Bake for 15-20 minutes, flip crab cake when one side is lightly brown and allow the other side to lightly brown. -More time might be needed as ovens vary.
Stove Top: Remove crab cakes and allow to thaw and form into round patty -Place nonstick skillet on stove top and set to medium heat. -Add 1 tablespoon of oil and allow to heat -Place crab cake in pan and cook until one side is light golden brown and then flip and cook other side to light golden brown. Add more oil if needed.
