You can send a gift to a single recipient or, if you wish to send gifts to more than one recipient please select our Multiple Address Shipping option during checkout where yoiu can assign each gift delivery to its own address, all in a single checkout with one credit card payment. Have a long gift list? Submitting your holiday gift orders to our Customer Concierge Team is simple, please click HERE to download our pre-formatted Allen Brothers Gift List Template (Excel file) when completed simply email your Holiday Gift Order file to: ABGiftList@AllenBrothers.com - we'll confirm receipt of your order and begin processing as soon as we can. Please allow 24-48 hours for confirmation of receipt.
Gift Messages
When you place your gift order on-line the Add a Gift Message checkbox will appear during checkout just below the delivery calendar, just check this box and enter your personal greeting. If you wish to use your own gift cards, please contact us at 1-800-548-7777 (Mon–Fri, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST) so our team can make special arrangements.
Holiday Gift Deliveries
Allen Brothers shipments are sent via UPS and do not require a signature to complete delivery unless otherwise requested. Make sure your gift recipient will be available to receive your gift on the delivery day selected. If shipping to an office please note that UPS deliveries may not coincide with office hours.
Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances out of our control can result in deliveries arriving later than requested. Allen Brothers strongly recommends scheduling your Holiday Gift deliveries as early in the month of December as possible and highly recommends selecting a Wednesday or Thursday delivery day to avoid deliveries delayed over the weekend.
Deliveries scheduled between Dec.14th and Dec. 23rd may arrive a day or two earlier than requested in order to ensure that your holiday order delivers prior to Christmas.
