Carson's smokes their famous Baby Back Ribs in a genuine wood burning pit using natural hickory wood. That means no chemical tenderizers, no marinades, no rubs, no liquid smoke and no boiled fall off the bone ribs here. Real authentic barbecue. Carson's signature sauce is robust and a bit tangy with hints of brown sugar and molasses. They go the extra mile by dipping their ribs in their legendary sauce before they go into the smoker so both the sauce and smoke are infused into the meat.

Ingredients: Pork Loin Back Ribs, Barbecue Sauce (Tomato Puree, Tomato Paste, Water, Molasses, Honey, Brown Sugar, Vinegar, Corn Syrup, Salt, Spices, Sugar, Garlic Powder, Natural Flavorings, Dehydrated Onion, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Modified Food Starch, Soybean Oil, Hydrolyzed Soy Oil, Onion, Dehydrated Green and Red Bell Peppers, Caramel Color, Anchovies [Fish], Raisins, Orange Base [orange, lemon, grapefruit juices], Orange Peel, Tamarind, Red Dye #40, Blue Dye #1).

Heating Suggestion: Preheat oven at 400 degrees, place ribs in a pan and bake for approximately 30 min or until headed through
