Venison Rib Chops

6 3-4 OUNCE CHOPS; SERVES 3

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F or grill to medium-high.
  2. Lightly brush chops with olive oil and season with salt and pepper or your favorite herb.
  3. Place on a roasting pan and roast 4-6 minutes on each side for medium-rare or to desired internal temperature.
