Veal Rib & Loin Chops

10-16 OUNCE CHOPS

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

 

SEAR AND ROAST

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Season with salt and pepper or your favorite herb.
  3. In a large skillet, heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil on medium-high. Sear chops 1 minute per side and then roast in the oven 6 minutes on each side (depending on portion size) or to desired internal temperature.

 

GRILL

  1. Heat grill to medium-high.
  2. Lightly brush chops with olive oil and season with salt and pepper or your favorite herb.
  3. Grill 4-6 minutes per side (depending on portion size) or to desired internal temperature.

Remove thawed product from the refrigerator 15-20 minutes before cooking.
