Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.
- Heat stove top to medium.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- In skillet, heat 2 teaspoons olive oil until hot.
- Sauté the medallions 4-6 minutes per side.
- Let medallions rest 5 minutes before serving.
