Veal Medallions

2-4 MEDALLIONS; SERVE 1

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat stove top to medium.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In skillet, heat 2 teaspoons olive oil until hot.
  4. Sauté the medallions 4-6 minutes per side.
  5. Let medallions rest 5 minutes before serving.
