Roasted Veal Marrow Bones

24 PIECES; SERVES 2-4

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Brush bones lightly with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place in roasting pan and roast in oven 15-20 minutes.
  4. Serve with toasted bread and light salad of watercress and shaved red onions with olive oil and lemon juice.
