White Fish Filets

8-10 OUNCE NATURAL FIlETS

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pat thawed fish dry with paper towel, cut filets in half to better fit in skillet.
  2. Heat 3 tablespoons olive oil in large skillet. Season fish with salt and pepper, and Italian seasoning, if desired.
  3. Sauté fish over medium-high heat until opaque,about 4 minutes each side.
  4. Serve immediately with fresh lemon.

Remove thawed product from the refrigerator 15-20 minutes before cooking.
