6-8 OUNCE NATURAL FIlETS

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pat filets dry with paper towel, cut filets in half to better fit in your pan.
  2. Dredge filets in light dusting of flour, salt and pepper.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in skillet until hot, but not smoking.4. Gently place filets in pan and lower heat to medium. Sauté for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Serve with fresh lemon or tartar sauce.
