6-8 OUNCE NATURAL FIlETS
Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.
- Pat filets dry with paper towel, cut filets in half to better fit in your pan.
- Dredge filets in light dusting of flour, salt and pepper.
- Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in skillet until hot, but not smoking.4. Gently place filets in pan and lower heat to medium. Sauté for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Serve with fresh lemon or tartar sauce.
