Tilapia Filets

7-8 OUNCE NATURAL FIlETS

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pat thawed fish dry with paper towel. Season fishwith salt and pepper.
  2. Heat 3 tablespoons olive oil in large skillet onmedium-high heat.
  3. Sauté filets for 2-3 minutes each side.
  4. Serve immediately with fresh lemon.

Remove thawed product from the refrigerator 15-20 minutes before cooking.
