Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.
- Pat thawed fish dry with paper towel. Season fishwith salt and pepper.
- Heat 3 tablespoons olive oil in large skillet onmedium-high heat.
- Sauté filets for 2-3 minutes each side.
- Serve immediately with fresh lemon.
