Shelled Whole Lobster

5.5-6.5 OUNCE BAG; SERVES 1

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Open package and remove all lobster meat.
  2. Cut tail piece into 3 pieces.
  3. In non-stick skillet, heat 3 tablespoons butter over medium heat.
  4. Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
  5. Sauté over medium heat until opaque. Serve immediately.
  • Other options: Grated ginger, minced garlic and red pepper flakes can also be added into the butter when cooking the lobster.
