Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.
- Open package and remove all lobster meat.
- Cut tail piece into 3 pieces.
- In non-stick skillet, heat 3 tablespoons butter over medium heat.
- Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
- Sauté over medium heat until opaque. Serve immediately.
- Other options: Grated ginger, minced garlic and red pepper flakes can also be added into the butter when cooking the lobster.
