7 - 9 OUNCE NATURAL FILETS

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

 

SAUTÉ

  1. Pat filets dry.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  3. In large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil on medium high heat.
  4. Salt and pepper fillets and gently place sea bass in hot skillet.
  5. Sauté 2 minutes on each side.
  6. Place in oven for 10-12 minutes. Fish is done when opaque throughout and flaky.

Remove thawed product from the refrigerator 15-20 minutes before cooking.
