Halibut Steaks

8 OUNCE NATURAL FIlETS

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pat filets dry.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  3. Place filets in a baking dish.
  4. Lightly brush with olive oil and season with salt and lemon pepper.
  5. Roast 8-12 minutes or to desired doneness.

Remove thawed product from the refrigerator 15-20 minutes before cooking.
