Bacon Wrapped Scallops

Bacon Wrapped Scallops

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.



  1. Place bacon wrapped scallops 1/2 inch apart on baking sheet allowing to temper for 45 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 
  3. Place in oven on middle rack and bake for 15 minutes, then broil for 5-10 minutes to crisp bacon to liking.

Remove thawed product from the refrigerator 15-20 minutes before cooking.
