Alaskan King Crab Legs

2-POUND BOX; SERVES 2-4

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

 

STEAM

  1. Place crab legs in a steamer basket or large pot.
  2. Fill pot with an inch of water and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and steam covered about 5 minutes.**

 

BROIL

  1. Split crab legs and lightly brush with Allen Brothers Seafood Butter, melted.
  2. Place meat-side down on a broiler pan and position about 4 inches from heat.
  3. Broil 3-4 minutes.

 

BAKE

  1. Split crab legs and lightly brush with Allen Brothers Seafood Butter, melted.
  2. Place in baking pan with ½ inch water and cover with foil.
  3. Bake 15 minutes or until hot. Serve with Allen Brothers Seafood Butter and fresh-cut lemons.

Remove thawed product from the refrigerator 15-20 minutes before cooking.

**When including in a soup or stew, add during the last 5 minutes of cooking. This product is precooked. Please be careful not to overcook.
