Whole, Semi-Boned Quail

4.5 OUNCE QUAIL; SERVES 1

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

 

BAKE

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place in shallow pan, skin side up.
  3. Bake for approx. 30 minutes or until juices run clear.

 

GRILL

  1. Grill quail on medium-high heat for 15-20 minutes, turning periodically.
