Chicken Wings: Sesame & Buffalo

12 WINGS; SERVES 3-4

Thaw* packaged meat on a dish in the refrigerator.

 

ROAST

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Remove wings from packaging, place on a baking sheet, toss with sauce and roast 15 minutes.
  3. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.

 

GRILL

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  2. Remove wings from packaging. Toss wings in bowl with sauce from package. Place on indirect heat and grill until just heated through, 3-4 minutes total.
  3. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.

Remove thawed product  from the refrigerator 15-20 minutes before cooking.
