Chef Art Smith's Pistachio-Crusted Chicken with Thai Ginger Sauce

1 BREAST; SERVES 1

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place chicken breasts on foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, carefully cut bags with thawed sauce. Pour into small bowl and microwave until hot, one minute or less.** Allow one packet of sauce per breast.
  4. Serve heated sauce with chicken breast.

Remove thawed product from the refrigerator 15-20 minutes before cooking.

**Be careful handling and opening bags. Steam will be released and contents will be extremely hot.
