Chef Suvir Saran’s Meatloaf

MEATLOAF SERVES 3-4

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place meatloaf on a rimmed baking sheet in hot oven and bake for 1 hour.
  3. While meatloaf is baking, dissolve contents of glaze packet in 1.5 fl oz water and bring to a boil for 1 minute.
  4. After 1 hour, take the meatloaf out and drain the pooled juices from the pan. Brush the glaze on top of the meatloaf and bake the meat loaf for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove meatloaf from oven and let rest 5 minutes before slicing.

Remove thawed product from the refrigerator 15-20 minutes before cooking.
