Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place pork belly and juices in a baking pan andcover with foil.
- Roast for 20 minutes, remove foil and continue tobake 10 minutes, until pork belly is crisp.
- Remove pork belly from oven and let rest5 minutes before serving.
- Cut into desired size pieces.
