Berkshire Porkbelly

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.



  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place pork belly and juices in a baking pan andcover with foil.
  3. Roast for 20 minutes, remove foil and continue tobake 10 minutes, until pork belly is crisp.
  4. Remove pork belly from oven and let rest5 minutes before serving.
  5. Cut into desired size pieces.
