Berkshire Pork Loin

12-14 OUNCE CHOPS

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

 

SEAR & ROAST

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In large skillet, over medium heat, sear on all sides 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Place in oven for 25 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking.

 

GRILL

  1. Heat grill to medium-high.
  2. Wrap bone in foil to protect it from burning or cracking.
  3. Lightly brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill 8-10 minutes on each side.

Remove product meat from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.

Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
