Small Seasoned Leg of Lamb Roast

2-3 POUND ROAST; SERVES 2-4

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Remove package and place the roast in roasting pan.
  3. Roast lamb for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes (or until timer pops up).
  4. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Remove outer string netting with scissors before slicing.

Remove thawed product from the refrigerator 1 hour before cooking.

Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
