Product Selections

Cottage Bacon

12 OUNCES EACH: SERVES 2-4

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

If you are not planning to utilize product within 7 days, please freeze.

OVEN

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Remove plastic and lay bacon flat on the cookie sheet (make sure that the sheet has ridges).
  3. Bake for approximately 20-minutes or until desired crispness is achieved.

 

STOVE

  1. Remove plastic and place bacon in a warm frying pan or skillet.
  2. Fry bacon on medium-low, turning frequently until it reaches desired level of doneness.

Remove thawed product from the refrigerator 15-20 minutes before cooking.
