Creme Brulee

EACH RAMEKIN; SERVES 1

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Set oven to BROIL
  2. Remove seal and lid and place ramekins on the baking sheet. Sprinkle one sugar packet evenly across each crème brulee. 
  3. Place baking sheet on oven rack 1- 2 inches from boiler element. Broil for 3-6 minutes or until top is golden brown.
  4. Using caution, remove baking sheet from oven and allow crème brulee to stand 6-10 minutes. Sugar topping will harden while custard sets


Alternative Method: Thaw and serve.
