Product Selections

Flank Steak

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator. Remove steak from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to cooking.

 

OVEN

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
    2. Remove steak from marinade, if marinating, and place in pan.
    3. Bake uncovered 30 minutes to medium rare
    4. Let steak rest for 10 minutes and slice thinly against the grain.

 

GRILL

  1. Once grill is hot, grill 7-9 minutes on each side for medium rare.
  2. Let steak rest for 10 minutes and slice thinly against the grain.
