Braised Porcini Short Ribs

1 RIB; SERVES 1

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Place packaged ribs in pot and reduce to a simmer.
  2. Heat 15-20 minutes. Serve.**

Remove thawed product from the refrigerator 15-20 minutes before cooking.

**Be careful handling and opening bags. Steam will be released and contents will be extremely hot.
