Braised Domestic Lamb Shank & Veal Osso Buco

SERVES 1-2

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

 

HEAT FROM THAWED

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  2. Place packaged shanks in pot, reduce to a simmer and heat 17-20 minutes. Serve.**

 

HEAT FROM FROZEN

  • Bring pot of water to a boil. Place packaged frozen shanks in pot, reduce to a simmer and heat 25-30 minutes. Serve.**

Remove thawed product from the refrigerator 15-20 minutes before cooking.

**Be careful handling and opening bags. Steam will be released and contents will be extremely hot.
