Braised Brisket

3.5 POUND BRISKET; SERVES 3-4

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Place packaged brisket in pot and reduce to a simmer.
  2. Heat 45-55 minutes. Serve.**

Remove thawed product from the refrigerator 15-20 minutes before cooking.

**Be careful handling and opening bags. Steam will be released and contents will be extremely hot.
