5 OUNCE BONELESS

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

 

PAN SEAR

  1. In skillet, heat 1 teaspoon olive oil on medium high heat until almost smoking.
  2. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear steaks 1 minute on each side.
  4. Continue to sauté in pan turning down to medium heat, an additional 2 minutes per side.

 

GRILL

  1. Heat grill to medium.
  2. Lightly brush steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill 3 minutes on each side for medium-rare.

Remove thawed product from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.

Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
