Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.
- In skillet, heat 1 teaspoon olive oil on medium high heat until almost smoking.
- Season steaks with salt and pepper.
- Sear steaks 1 minute on each side.
- Continue to sauté in pan turning down to medium heat, an additional 2 minutes per side.
- Heat grill to medium.
- Lightly brush steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill 3 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
